About Math-U-See

Math-U-See uses distinctive color-coded manipulative blocks so students physically build math problems before moving to abstract numbers on paper. Levels are named with Greek letters rather than grade numbers, so a child can work at their own pace without feeling “behind.”

Each level focuses on one core concept — Alpha covers addition and subtraction, Gamma covers multiplication, and so on — following a consistent “build it, write it, say it” instructional pattern with short daily video lessons.
